Use of the extension
By installing and using Loopr Session Exporter you agree to use it lawfully and only on accounts and websites you are authorized to access. You are solely responsible for the destinations you configure to receive exported session data and for the security of any credentials those destinations contain.
"As-is" disclaimer
The extension is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Chaosology disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the extension is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chaosology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the extension.
Third-party services
If you configure the extension to POST exported session data to a third-party endpoint (including Loopr), you do so at your discretion. The third-party service's terms and privacy policy apply to anything it does with the data.
